Great Ball of Pliers

The “Great ball of Pliers”, is a geodesic sphere  built with 96 pairs of pliers which serve as hub connectors. Metaphorically developed as a representation of the Public Works Department  (pliers) holding the infrastructure of the city together (sphere).
